The submission process at GRJNST is designed to be transparent, structured, and efficient, ensuring both authors and reviewers can manage manuscripts with clarity and ease. Authors are encouraged to follow each step carefully to avoid delays or technical issues.
6.1 Registration
Before submitting a manuscript, all authors must create an account on the GRJNST submission portal. This step ensures proper tracking, communication, and archival of submissions.
Steps for Registration:
- Visit the GRJNST submission portal and click on “Register”.
- Fill in all mandatory fields:
- Full name (First name and Last name)
- Email address (use a professional institutional email)
- Username and password
- Complete institutional affiliation (department, institution, country)
- ORCID iD (mandatory for all corresponding authors; free registration at https://orcid.org/register)
- Accept the Privacy Statement and confirm your consent for data storage in accordance with journal policies.
- Complete the Captcha verification to ensure account security.
- Check your email for the account activation link. Click the link to activate your account.
- Once activated, log in to the portal using your credentials.
Important: Only registered users with activated accounts can submit manuscripts or track reviews. Incomplete registration may result in submission rejection or delays.
6.2 Manuscript Submission
Once registered, the corresponding author may submit the manuscript using the “Make a New Submission” option. GRJNST uses a double-blind peer review system, and therefore requires both a full manuscript and an anonymized version.
Steps for Submission:
- Log in to your account and click “Make a New Submission”.
- Enter manuscript metadata, including:
- Article type (Original Research, Review, Short Communication, Case Study, etc.)
- Full title
- Abstract (maximum 300 words)
- Keywords (5 maximum)
- Author information (names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, corresponding author contact)
- Upload the manuscript files in two versions:
- Full Version: Contains author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, and all identifying information.
- Anonymized Version: All author-identifying details removed for blind peer review, including metadata, self-citations, and notes.
- Upload supplementary materials separately if applicable, including:
- Data sets
- Figures or high-resolution images (≥300 dpi)
- Audio-visual materials or multimedia
- Reproduction permissions and contracts
- Confirm the Submission Preparation Checklist, ensuring compliance with:
- Author Guidelines
- Copyright transfer agreement
- Ethical compliance (human/animal studies approvals, conflict of interest declarations)
- Submit the manuscript for initial processing.
Tip: Carefully review all files before submission. Incomplete or improperly formatted submissions may be returned without review.
6.3 Submission Acknowledgment
After successful submission:
- Authors receive an email acknowledgment within 24 hours confirming receipt of the manuscript.
- The manuscript is assigned a unique submission ID for tracking purposes.
- Manuscripts then enter the double-blind peer review process, where at least two expert reviewers evaluate the manuscript.
- Reviewers provide feedback, which is forwarded to the corresponding author for revisions or acceptance.
- Authors may be requested to submit revised versions according to reviewer comments.
Important: The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring all co-authors approve the submission and revisions before resubmitting.
