Proofs & Post-Publication
Proof Review
Upon acceptance, authors will receive a PDF proof of their manuscript within three (3) days. This proof is intended for checking:
- Typographical and grammatical errors
- Formatting issues (tables, figures, equations)
- Minor editorial adjustments
Important: Only minor corrections are permitted at this stage. Major content changes, additions, or deletions will not be accepted, as the proof represents the final version for publication.
Online First Publication
GRJNST implements online-first publication to ensure rapid dissemination of research. Once the proof is approved:
- The article is published online in PDF and HTML formats.
- A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is assigned for permanent access.
- Authors can share the online version immediately via institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic networks.
Print Publication
Following online publication, the article will be included in the next print issue of GRJNST. Authors will be notified once the print version is available. The print version ensures archival permanence and broad accessibility for libraries, institutions, and subscribers.
Author Notification and Download
After both online and print publication:
- Authors receive a formal notification email with publication details.
- A download link for the published article is provided.
- Authors are encouraged to archive and distribute their work responsibly.
Post-Publication Updates
In case of errors discovered post-publication:
- Authors must promptly inform the editorial office.
- GRJNST may issue corrections, errata, or retractions in accordance with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines.
- All updates are linked to the original article to maintain transparency and ensure scientific integrity.
