Official List of Appointed Student Affiliates

Pursuant to the resolution adopted during the 285th Session of the Board of Directors of the Global Center for Research and Study (GCRS), we are pleased to formally announce the appointment of ten individuals to the position of Student Affiliate.

These appointments are governed by the Tier 7 Contractual Framework, aimed at enhancing the research, academic, documentation, and institutional coordination capacity of GCRS through high-potential student talent.

Official Communication

The Global Center for Research and Study is also pleased to announce that a formal communication has been issued to the Chairman, Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, the Director of the Research and Development Wing, Higher Education Commission, and the relevant offices of the Government of Pakistan regarding the decision outlined in Press Release No.: GCRS/PR/2026/285-07.

This communication reflects the institutional decision of GCRS to formally recognize and induct selected student affiliates under the approved Tier 7 framework for research support, academic coordination, publication assistance, institutional documentation, and related scholarly activities.

Onboarding Instructions

The relevant Administrative Offices are hereby directed to issue formal offer letters and Tier 7 contract agreements to the aforementioned individuals within the next 2 to 3 working days. Simultaneously, Department Heads are requested to finalize all digital credentials, official workspace allocations, communication access, and relevant institutional records.

Note: These appointments represent the first phase of the Tier 7 Student Affiliate Intake. All concerned offices are instructed to ensure that internal documentation, official correspondence, appointment records, and digital systems reflect the board-approved designation of Student Affiliate.
